The reservation fee is ₱100,000 for the Studio through the 3 Bedroom, and ₱250,000 for the Garden Villa. Credited to the total contract price.

It counts toward the 10% down payment.

Tower units are paid in three stages.

1. 10%
   Down paymentOf the total contract price, less the reservation fee. The first payment is due within 15 days from the reservation fee.
2. 20%
   Monthly equityOf the total contract price. The first monthly payment is due within 15 days from the down payment. Two ways to pay it:

   • Option 1, straight amortization: 20% in monthly payments for 41 months.
   • Option 2, amortization with lump sums: 10% in monthly payments for 41 months, plus 10% in lump sums every six months, starting at month 6.
3. 70%
   Balance upon turnover

The Garden Villa is 10% down payment, 30% monthly equity over 43 months, and 60% balance upon turnover.

Yes. The balance due at turnover is typically paid through a bank loan, subject to your own qualification.

For the tower units, the total contract price is the unit price with VAT plus parking: one slot at ₱1,650,000, or two slots for the 3 Bedroom.

Other taxes and fees are paid by the buyer.

For the tower units, turnover is April 2030, when the 70% balance falls due.

Rockwell’s License to Sell lists a target completion of June 20, 2029.
