What buyers usually ask before they reserve.
01How much do I need to reserve a unit?
The reservation fee is ₱50,000 for a Studio, ₱80,000 for a 1 Bedroom, ₱130,000 for a 2 Bedroom, and ₱210,000 for a 3 Bedroom.
It counts toward the 2% down payment. It is non-refundable and non-transferable.
02How does the payment schedule work?
The units on this page follow one of The Wave Towers’ payment terms, paid in three stages.
- 2%Down paymentOf the total contract price. The reservation fee counts toward it, and you pay the rest over 2 months.
- 10%Monthly equityOf the total contract price, paid in 58 equal monthly payments after the down payment.
- 88%Balance upon turnoverTypically bank-financed.
The developer counts the 2% and the 10% together as the down payment: 12% over 60 months.
Other payment terms are available: spot cash with an 8% discount on the list price, or a 59-month term that starts with 2% paid at once. I can send you a computation for the one you prefer.
03Can I use a bank loan for the balance?
Yes. The 88% balance at turnover is usually paid with a bank loan, if the bank approves you.

A Pag-IBIG computation is available on request.
04What is included in the price?
The total contract price already includes the transfer charges. A Studio also has a promo discount of half off the transfer charges.
The price list shows an assigned parking slot for each 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom (two for a 3 Bedroom), and none for Studios and 1 Bedrooms.
It does not include move-in charges, utility connections or association dues, and it leaves out loan-related charges such as fire insurance and mortgage redemption insurance. You can move in once the total contract price and those charges are fully paid.

05When will the unit be ready?
Turnover is in 2030. That is when the 88% balance is due.
The developer’s fact sheet gives the same year as the target completion.
