Today I took my oath as a Member of PAREB-Cebu Real Estate Board, Inc.
The induction was at Abuhan on Mango Avenue, Cebu City, led by the board’s president, Atty. Rheneir Mora. I took the oath in front of the brokers and appraisers I’ll now be practicing alongside, and they welcomed me in.

What is PAREB-CEREB
PAREB is the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards: 68 local boards and 5,000 members across all 18 regions. That’s brokers, appraisers, consultants, assessors and salespersons, the people on the professional side of a property deal.
CEREB is PAREB’s local board for Cebu, the one I joined today.

Why I joined
I joined PAREB-CEREB to practice alongside respected brokers and appraisers in Cebu.
I’m a budding real estate broker and appraiser in Cebu, and being in a highly respected organization such as CEREB means building my practice alongside people who take the work seriously. A license lets you practice. A board gives you colleagues, and a standard you share with them.
Thank you to Atty. Mora and everyone at CEREB for the welcome. I’m glad to be here.
